How do I register?
You can register to use the site as a young person would to get a feel for the site Click here to register. To support learners directly, you must register through the Passportfolio Co-ordinator in your school/college or organisation. If you do not know who they are contact us at passportfolio@cnxnotts.co.uk

What happens if we haven’t been set up to use Passportfolio?
Contact us at passportfolio@cnxnotts.co.uk and we will arrange to meet with staff to set up an administrator/co-ordinator for your school/college or organisation and provide training and support to get you all started with your young people.

What can I do when I get onto the site?

• Register learners through your establishment, using a unique code. They can join groups set up by you and you can offer direct support to them when they work through the site and record and evidence their achievements, skills and abilities. You can work with them on their CV, Personal Statement, Learning Action Plan and applications to learning and work.
• Make Passportfolio an established part of your personal development/PSHE curriculum: working through the site will automatically build up sections in their CV, etc and provide a framework for their progression planning. It forms part of careers education/information, advice and guidance in Nottingham and Notts.

Where can I get more information about using the site, how do I get started?
There is a dedicated practitioner support area on www.cnxnotts.co.uk/passportfolio/
There you will be able to:

• Download information sheets, presentations and 'Howtos' to get you started on using Passportfolio
• Download lesson plans and worksheets to use in your sessions
• Access support in using the site whether you are an administrator/co-ordinator or a tutor/practitioner.
