Acceptable Use Policy

By verifying your mobile phone number or email address on Passportfolio you are agreeing to:

1. Mobile

1. We provide our Passportfolio mobile services for free, but if you send any MMS messages to your Passportfolio account your phone operator will charge you for the price of the text.
2. You will ask permission from the person that pays the phone bill before you send a text to your Passportfolio account.
3. If you change or stop using your mobile phone number, you will update your account information on Passportfolio as soon possible to stop your messages being sent to the person who gets your old number.
4. Passportfolio will send text updates to your mobile to alert you if you have any new notifications.
5. Connexions Nottinghamshire can contact you to tell you about Passportfolio or to offer you resources and support we think may help you.
6. We will not pass on your contact details to anyone else for marketing or sales purposes.

4. Registration and Account Security

1. You will not share your password, let anyone else access your account, or do anything else that might affect the security of your account.
2. We will investigate any reported abuse of the site and will take action to close down the account of anyone found to have broken these rules. In serious cases of abuse we may need to inform the police or other agencies and pass on the details of the person who is responsible.
